Registration Info and Tuition Fees
To register, please visit Central Indiana Academy of Dance’s online portal. Here, you are able to create an account, agree to our policies, register for classes and complete payment online.
All students must register online and enter credit card for enrollment.
A non-refundable Annual Registration Fee ($40/individuals, $45/family) along with the first tuition installment is required to secure a student’s space in a class. (Dancers enrolling in Levels 4 and above must pay the Annual Registration Fee to secure their space, but they do not need to pay their first tuition installment until the first class of the session.)
Tuition is an Annual amount which you may pay in two (August & January) or 10 installments billed on the 1st of each month. If you choose the 10-installment option, payment must be received by the 10th of every month. Any accounts with an outstanding balance on the 10th will be automatically drafted utilizing the payment method you have stored in your online account. All families must have a credit card held on file. The credit card stored on file will be used for non-refundable registration fees, tuition installments and private lesson charges.A $15 late fee will be added to all tuition installment payments not paid by the 10th of the month. If payment is not paid by the 1st of the following month, that class spot may be given to the next child on the waiting list.
Tuition is not prorated for absences, holidays or partial months. It is an annual tuition.
Tuition is non-refundable except in the case of serious illness or injury as verified by a doctor's letter or due to relocation.
Full semester payment: Tuition payments made in two installments will receive a 5% prepaid discount. In order to receive the discount, the full session tuition must be paid in full by August 17th for the Fall session and January 11th for the Spring session.
Sibling discount: Families enrolling 2 or more children in classes will receive a 5% discount on tuition.
